Shipping Policy
All Sylk Atelier gowns are made to order at our atelier partner in Suzhou, China. Please allow 6 to 10 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your gown is on its way.
Carriers
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express. All orders include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Estimated Transit Times
The following times are from dispatch date and are in addition to your production window.
United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days
United States: 3 to 5 business days
European Union: 3 to 5 business days
Rest of world: 5 to 7 business days
Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier disruption outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is complimentary on all orders, worldwide.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are your responsibility. We are unable to predict or cover these costs. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing your order. Customers based in the United States should be aware that import duty thresholds and rates on goods from China are subject to change. We recommend checking current US Customs and Border Protection guidance before ordering.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at sylkatelier@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will lodge a claim with the carrier and arrange a remake at no cost to you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
