Returns and Refunds

Every Sylk Atelier gown is made to order. Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed, which means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind, sizing preference, or altered 
circumstances. This applies to all orders, including those placed in standard sizes.

In the extremely unlikely case your gown arrives with a tailoring fault or differs materially from your confirmed order specifications, we will put it right. You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date by emailing sylkatelier@gmail.com with your order number, a clear written description of the issue, and supporting photographs. Reports submitted outside this window cannot be accepted. Where a valid fault or discrepancy is confirmed, we will arrange a remake at no additional cost to you.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Customers based in the United Kingdom retain all rights afforded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers based in the United States retain all rights afforded under applicable federal and state consumer protection law.
